Dog Training Experience: Ann has been a volunteer
dog training instructor for over 25 years. She has taught or assisted
with classes in Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, Novice and
Open, Flyball, Games and Tricks. for Brevard County Dog Training
Club. She has been a Charter member of Space Cost Therapy Dogs
Inc. and a Tester/Observer for Therapy Dogs, Inc. for 12 years.
She is Secretary of the First Florida Freestylers Guild and currently
competes at Level II with her Toy Poodle, Pippin. She is also
a CFF Judge for Levels I and II.

Reading Education (CARE to Read)
CFF Board Experience: Ann has been a member of
CFF for three years and is currently serving as a Director, Guild
Chair.
Non-profit Experience: Ann was an Organizational
4H Club Leader for 13 yrs. In MD: has served on the Board of Directors
of People, Animals, Love (Washington, D.C) and Brevard County
Dog Training Club; Space Coast Therapy Dogs Inc.( Recording Secretary,
2nd V.P, 1st V.P, President (3 yrs.), Past President, currently
1st VP-3 yrs. and Member Records Chair 3 yrs.). Ann and Pumkin
have been members of the CARE to Read program of the Brevard County
Public Schools for 5 years, tutoring below grade level reading
students in 2nd grade. Received the American Institute of Public
Service Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service.
Career Education: Ann is from Scranton, PA and
is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Occupational
Therapy. She and her husband are retired.
Family; Ann and her husband Lewis have two daughters
and 3 grandchildren. They retired to Cocoa, FL in 1988. Ann has
4 dogs: 3 Toy Poodles-Pumkin, Taffy, and Pippin, who are all TDInc,
registered Therapy Dogs and future freestyler, puppy Coyllur,
a Peruvian Hairless Dog (Perro sin Pelo del Peru) who is currently
learning obedience and competing in Conformation.
