Gaea Mitchel is a long-time member of the dog sport community. In 40 years with Rottweilers, she has trained and competed in obedience, rally, agility and therapy work, as well as conformation, tracking, herding and carting. The addition of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has only served to expand her understanding of and enthusiasm for those activities. In 2002 she and her dogs discovered the Canine Freestyle Federation, and they have been delighted with the sport ever since. Currently Gaea, a retired veterinarian, shares her life with two Cavaliers, PeliAnn and Babe, and two Rottweilers, Play and Lyra.
