"I became involved with the Canine Freestyle federation 7 years ago and currently compete with my 2 Border Collies, Chili and Zig, in level IV. Both have done multiple demos, performed as a part of a team and titled as the first level III Brace."
Between teaching high school and college level science, I also participate with my dogs in AKC and USDAA Agility, Rally Obedience and Tracking. Chili and I also enjoy working with special needs children in a summer reading program and conduct a “Responsible Pet Care” Program in our local schools.
